Due to the expansive site plan and variables of low lying areas and trees, we visited the campus several times to develop a plan that could accommodate all vendors and guests as well as create flow and movement and utilize the entire available area.

For 2024 we secured Where Y’acht and Rebirth Brass Band as well as a multitude of Carnival talent, models and performers for all areas.

We sourced multiple tents of varying sizes with the crown jewel being a multi-tent VIP experience. We sourced rentals and A/V through a variety of New Orleans area providers and oversaw a multi-day rental and decor install.

Our general admission area featured La Cocinita, Southern’s and Mo Fries as well as a mobile bar, Lucky Dogs, sno balls, popcorn and cotton candy. And our VIP experience included dishes from over 10 restaurants across the city.

From floor to ceiling, this deluxe experience included flooring, tent lighting, complimentary food and beverage, a raw oyster bar, champagne servers, stunning seating and table centerpieces and aerial performances.
